Shipping

Every Woven Times piece is made to order. After you place your order, it is woven in about 2 business days, then shipped.

Cost: Flat $5 shipping on US orders.

Delivery time: Most orders arrive within about a week of ordering (roughly 2 days to weave plus 2–5 business days in transit). Busy seasons, especially November and December, can add a few days. If you need it by a specific date, please order early or contact us first.

Where we ship: United States only.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number by email as soon as your order ships.

Damaged in transit: If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 30 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we'll remake it free of charge under our 30-Day Keepsake Promise.
